• As a consultant strategically offering insight to what type of candidates would be needed for upcoming positions.
• Partnering with SVP’s, VP’s, Directors, Senior Managers, and Team Managers to find the appropriate candidates for their teams up to the Vice-President level.
• Working with Managers to negotiate salaries with candidates, keeping costs low.
• Assisted with recruiting for remote locations including EMEA and APAC.
• Responsible for finding and prescreening new candidates for all groups within the company including large Global Enterprise Sales, IT, Quality Assurance, Global Services, Infrastructure, Customer Service, Accounting, Product Strategy and Administration.
