Too often I get the feeling that internal and external Recruiters perceive themselves as being on opposite sides of the fence. It is my hope that through information exchange, and general consultation that I might be able to bridge that unnecessary gap. I also hope to learn about new tools/tricks of the trade from peers.

I have the privilege of being a member of FGP International. I am part of a team of 8 Recruiters who are recognized by Modern Healthcare as being in the top 5% of our field. Our Health Care Team specializes within the Acute Care arena, and we place professionals from the Director's level up. We assist large systems and individual facilities alike with "C" level, Accounting/Finance, Ancillary Services, Human Resources, and Nursing searches.
