Javier,

Thank you for reaching out. I noticed your fields of expertise, and I am looking for new ways to source candidates, particularly IT. I would be grateful for any advice/tips that you may have.

I was curious about your particular fields of focus. Do you work at all with NYMEX? I work for an equities trading floor, but we sponsor a trading event at U of H for a NYMEX college competition.
