Does anyone have experience with Bounty Jobs?

Yes - although we have not had any luck on the site as of yet, unfortunately... and we've been using it since late April/May. We've run into quite a few flaky employers... several people have opened jobs, accepted candidate submissions, and then closed the jobs early or stopped logging on to the site all together, in which case you never hear back from them.

The concept is a great idea though and I know there must be agencies that have better luck than we do... that's just been our experience thus far.

Tamyra,

I tried to create an account, but I am asked for a referral code. How do I get one?

Are you a recruiter or an employer?

I used BountyJobs to help find 2 corporate recruiters. I'm not quite certain how they are any better than RecruitAlliance other than having some interesting performance metrics. My advice for corporate users is be very careful in who you allow to engage in an assignment. I had a few recruiters that I engaged that were arguably some of the worst recruiters I've ever encountered. Then, when I attempted to explain why their candidates were way off the mark, two all but told me what an idiot I was.

I have been using BountyJobs.com since December of last year and love it. Have you registered as an employer or as a recruiter?

I am an independent recruiter and that is how I attempted to register. The idea sounds great and I would love to join up but I don't have a referral code.

I have a registration code for employers. However, you can contact Jason Schneckner at bountyjobs and tell him Executive Career Connections referred you. His email address is jason@bountyjobs.com.

Kindly,
Diana Matthews

I can give you a registration code to use on Dayak.com, which is just like bountyjobs.com. Here is my affiliate code for you to register with:
