Human Resources and Recruiting Community

Second Tier/Split Fees

I am currently finding that due to expansion, we have a number of free resourcers within the company on a regular basis who i would love to utilise to help resource/search for the right candidates, unfortunately we are in a low lull for vacancies and would appreciate anyone with the need for recruiting help on a split fee basis getting in touch.
I guarantee we are professional will be involved in as much or as little as necessary for you and your company.
So if you have lots of vacancies but, not enough time to fill them then let me help.
We are registered to ALL the major job boards and have a strength in being 2nd tier to some of the best recruiters in the world!

Hi Ruth,

If your team is experienced recruiting IT folks, I'd welcome discussing a split fee. I have lots of openings and could definitely use the help.

I look forward to hearing back from you,

Hi All,

We work on a split fee basis of 60/40 so we give back 10% to the client owner.
All we would need is to get our specific resourcers on your specific industry cycle and they will advertise, test, pre-select and submit a short list for your vacancies as soon as possible.

We have 4 departments Sales& Marketing, Manufacturing/Logistics, Hospitality& Catering and IT

We work in an extremely professional capacity and only work for you as you request, we follow what would be appropriate to fit in with your workload. We can speak to candidates as we are representatives of your company or we can work as a 2nd tiered outsource resourcement agency, the choice is yours.
If you are interested I can forward terms and conditions over for you to have a look over, but we would give you set payment terms for our invoice and we would invoice after the placement begins, all your rebate terms and conditions become ours and we would work in alignment with your agreements with your clients. We do not charge for advertising unless exclusive deal is made for a specific role.
As I said I do not envisage it will be permanent we will be able to work for you all the time as you may not always need our help however, who knows?!! If successful it might be worthwhile.
We have excellent testimonials from previous and current agencies we partnered with and have become an integral part of most of their own companies, so much so that we are continuing to expand.

Look forward to hearing from you ...
Regards
Ruth

I noticed this discussion on Splits - please note that we now have a way to enter in split requests. It's the button on the right hand column. The jobs will show up in an RSS feed, and people interested in working with you will contact you directly. Please note this is a way to enter in jobs that you would like to split, not the other way around. Thanks! Miles
