TalentBar

If you don't do it, start immediately. There are a few specifics to help you stand out above the rest of the recruiters.

-Pose interesting and though provoking questions in the group discussion page
-Connect with individuals in the groups you are in, and actually get to know them
-Answer their discussions posts when you can

For example I am currently looking for a Virtualization Architect. I have my job posted on all the sites where this person might spend their time but I also pose the question,

"How do you develop virtualization software (C# and powershell) and hardware (OEM in the firmware/controller) based solutions that scales to 100-200 thousand servers" and tell folks if they know a solution to email me.

The more niche, and targeted your job orders are, the more you need to move away from traditional recruiting platforms and into the spaces where your potential candidates spend their time and figure out how to get them interested in your opportunity.
