TalentBar

We just made a big improvement yesterday to our recruiter splits engine. It now provides a real Twitter login so that it's more like a regular Twitter update. Check it out!

Splits.org is an easy way to announce to other recruiters (and to the world) that you have a candidate, that you would like to split requirements with other recruiters, or that you have a particular job order that you want to split. It's pretty much just an easy way to communicate with other recruiters. To use it, just go to the splits website, then login with your Twitter account. There is an easy form that you can use to post an update. If you would like to communicate with someone who posted an update, just click "reply" on their post. It will send you to Twitter to write that person a note.

If you don't want to do splits and don't have any candidates that you would like to promote, please still check it out - I would be very interested in your comments, because will be continually adding new features and capabilities.

Thanks!

Miles

Good Stuff! The functionality behind this sounds like a great tool to utilize.
