It shows from a report that Kuwait and Saudi Arabia had 10.1% and 9.8% rises in the salaries . I would like to know how often do you revise compensation packages, this is a general pay raise, how do you award performance based pay.

Organisation is in Riyadh, I shall let you know about the organisation when I will reach there. I have to set up entire HR, which includes, PMS, Comp Mapping, prepare policies and procedures, launch T & D, also formulate KPA's and KRA's. These are my core competence, and I think, I shall not have much trouble.

Appreciate your mail. I do not know how to respond, I have been finally offered 22 K as base and 2K as cost of living allowance, along with it furnished accomidation and pick up and drop facility. Pls advise.
