Just to give you a brief, the firm I work with (Inxeja Consulting) have a presence in the UAE (not Dubai - however considering that the emirate is a 45-minute drive away from Abu Dhabi, that is not an issue for us :)), as well as points of presence in Bahrain, Saudi, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait, and beyond the ME in locations like Asia Pacific, Central and Eastern Europe.

I am willing to discuss in detail with regards to providing Spectrum support on the basis of Split-Fee recruitment, that is if you are still looking for fresh and proven partners in the region, and additionally, I'd be happy to provide your operations with visa capabilities in the UAE such as the issuance of new work permits and the transfer of existing ones. UAE Immigration have become pretty rigid about mobilizing staff on Business Visas over the past year and some firms do not have the visa quota to hire new international professionals, hence we have aided quite a couple of international MNCs who I would be happy to refer one such testimonial of our work :)
