Hi Chris,

Great product idea! Thanks for starting your group on TalentBar. It should be a relevant audience for you! You may wish to grow your group by inviting your clients, friends, and colleagues into the group, then allowing them to invite others. These groups can grow pretty quickly, and allow you to effectively reach a large audience easily.

Chris...At this time we have not considered it. I would definitely like more information. I am finishing up filling some intern positions, but if you could reach out to me early April I would have more time. Thanks for the message!

Got solar jobs?

Having trouble filling solar jobs? Here’s a look at where to post them.

There are dozens if not hundreds of so-called green job boards popping up online these days. Every blogger and his mother seems to have one attached to their site touting it as the place to post your “eco friendly” postings. The problem is these green sites are not targeted enough.

A ‘green job’ is a relative term and many types of jobs can be green. So if you have a… Continue

Perhaps this graphic of the main tools of social recruiting might be of help. I like to think of these sites/technologies as an extension of your company career site. You should be using these online destinations as places to attract and engage your audience (i.e. prospective candidates).

Your only investment is some pocket change a… Continue
