Here is a message I sent out to my my already established friends, which I post here, as a way to introduce myself here, for new connections and hopefully be of service to you.

Talent Bar Friends,

I hope to find you well, this 9th day of July, 2008

Stepping out on faith as a humble Servant, I look to begin the process of understanding as to how we can pool our knowledge and talent for possibly a greater good, through the simple selection we have made here by agreeing to be friends on this network.

I will start the process by asking for your feedback on 3 questions, but first answering them myself:

1. How do you like the theme I chose for talent bar?

MY ANSWER - Since I am a Civil Engineering and Construction Management Recruiter, I thought the city skyline fit in because most of my clients focus on building infrastructure ie. Transportation to connect these cities.

YOUR ANSWER?:

2. How can I help you?

MY ANSWER: There are three areas I need help in, the FIRST are candidates with Transportation Eng Management skills interested in High Profile Signature Projects. SECOND, candidates with Leadership skills, who desire to change their financial situation and/or lifestyle and THREE, somebody that can explain to me how I can best utilize linkedin or other network sites to get help in the first two areas I mentioned above.

YOUR ANSWER?:

3. Since you have indicted you are interested in using this site for opportunities and/or networking. What in these two areas what would you need to hear or read that would cause you to say, that’s what I am looking for.

MY ANSWER: If I heard or read of a way that could develop a residual income producing asset, working for myself in Asia or anywhere in the world I chose to live at anytime without loosing a beat in my service, and that would give me a greater return of my time, because of the value I provided to others, than what I am working on now to accomplish that goal, I would say, that is what I am looking for!

YOUR ANSWER?:

Make it a great day!
