HI All.
I am Praveen Rai. I work for an RPO which is a UK Based industry. Its nice to see all the recruiter and the HR professionals at one place, in the present market ROP's are playing a major roll now most of the industry are now opting for the RPO or the consultancy, because we do 1/2 of their work and provide the best consultant on the lower rate. So here I can gain some information regarding that.
