I have established a proven track record of success working for the following blue chip organizations: Aviva Group, Cisco Systems, EDS, Vertex, Royal Bank of Scotland, Concert (AT&T / BT joint venture), and BT. Hello everyone,
My name is Pascal and I used to be a recruiter for an excellent firm called Aerotek. Wanting to spend more time with my family I decided to become self-employed. I am now consulting for a U.K. based Data Intelligence Company. We are looking for a small number of staffing firms to trial our technology with. We bring value to our clients by only ever working with two (2) competing agencies in the same industry vertical. This is why I would like to exchange with recruiters from any agency to see if we can potentially work together.

I am Cat Graham and I am the Global HRD for Ruder Finn, the 2nd largest independent PR firm in the world. All HR, Benefits, Assessment, Policy, Retention, and especially recruiting comes through me. My passion is the thrill of the hunt so to speak, especially in markets ex NY where I am further challenged to find excellent candidates that meet the background wish list of the regional managers. I recently did just that by cracking the UK market and hiring an amazing new MD for our UK office. Healthcare PR is a particular focus at Ruder Finn, and as the talent pool shrinks (or seems to) would love to noodle on alternatives to traditional career paths.
