Hello everyone...I am new to the group and wanted to share some job opportunities that I am working on. I am looking for an HR consultant with HR technology experience (change management, integration, PeopleSoft). The position pays $70-100k. The second assignment is for an HR consultant with HR/benefits communication experience. This opportunity pays $60-75k. Please feel free to recommend someone for these great opportunities. They can email me: hr_recruiter@cox.net for more details. Thanks!

I just wanted to take a moment to say HELLO to all my fellow recruiters out there! I do work for an agency, but would love the chance to exchange ideas/best practices/recruiting tools with all of you. I am truly looking for this to enhance my recruiting ability and not to use this as an avenue for business. Thanks so much for reading this!
Have a great day!

I'll broadcast the following message as well:

I was contacted by a fellow recruiter here in the DFW area who was a bit dissappointed on how I worded the intentions of this group and who should be apart of it. The recruiter is from an Agency here and brought up the fact that not all Agency Recruiters were only out to make a buck but genuinely do want to network with other recruiters and even share resumes without a fee. So I'd like to make it clear that I certainly have no issue or problem with any recruiter working for an agency to be part of this organization. My only request is to not use it as an avenue to create business. I wanted this group to feel like they were part of an organziation that they could freely express and exchange information without being hassled or solicited by someone for business. I certainly can respect and understand that after sometime, and relationships are being developed, a corporate recruiter may possibly call on someone who is working in an agency in this group and use their services. We all at one time or another have been in an Agency or used an agency in finding good talent.

I have always said that any recruiter worth a darn has been dyed in the blood of agency recruiting. Yes ... I know ... there are those few exceptions out there. ;-)

So ... I hope this clears up any misunderstandings.

Sincerely,

Randy Aven

If you are on the IT side of things, I have several SAP FI/CO positions I'm recruiting for. Travel as needed out of Dallas, Houston, Chicago, NYC, or LA.

Give me a shout if you want to work together.
