Recruitment Partners required

We are a very successful Scottish based recruitment company looking to expand our business internationally, but initially in the middle east and eastern Europe.
We seek to establish business partnerships with like minded recruitment firms with whom we can establish long term partnerships with.
We would envisage a situation where vacancies are passed and fees split 50/50 if successfully filled by a partner.
