Did you forget to mention to $100 sign up fee and the $68 per month? This looks like a pyramid scheme and the only way to make money is by signing up a "team" so you can get the fee from them.
What you don't see is the fact that if you are trying to set up your own recruiting business for the $68 dollars per month you are getting a variety of services. They include email, liability and workers comp insurance, billing and collections, payroll for contractors, an ATS and Client tracking system, etc. So all you have to do is recruit. They also have numerous open roles currently on the site exclusive to their associates from various clients.
Upon first view I thought the same thing, but they actually take a lot of the headache out of the business. We also just became a preferred vendor to a Fortune 100 company and have direct access to their VMS.
As with any business you obviously want to grow it and bring on new associates as well. This should be an area we all enjoy. Mentoring, managing and watching new hires grow and succeed.
So, in long, YOU ARE WAY OFF BASE and should do a little more homework before posting something like this..
It sounds like StaffingForce is an interesting idea, and that fee structure sounds reasonable for providing back-end processing for consultants, which is very costly.
I'm sure it's a legitimate system if you are working with a variety of Fortune100/1000 clients.
Has anyone had success with this system, or have comments to post? Let's keep it friendly.. ;)
Didn't mean to stir the pot. If anyone would like to check it out further you can start at our social network at www.mystaffingforce.com. Feel free to sign up post attend trainings, etc. It is also a good site for networking and open forums.
Sam, to you I apologize as well. I would be happy to talk with you further off line.
