Event Description

In a world where uncertainty is one of the few things about which we can be certain the leadership of people and organizations has never been more critical.

The aim of HRevolution 2009 is to help Business Leaders, HR & OD professionals enhance the impact they can make and better demonstrate the value of what they do to their clients/senior line management by making more effective, commercial, coherent, and convincing use of the HR Function. This means driving the content with important insights and intelligent action not with who can best present.

Particular emphasis will be given to best practices in pragmatic HR, assessment, measurement, and evaluation of training, talent management, organizational change, leadership and employee engagement strategies.

The organizers wish to create for the first time an annual Pan European HR Network strategically located in Central Europe to help drive the evolution of the HR function in the region. HRevolution 2009 will provide practical tools that you can use the very next day to increase the impact and relevance of HR in your business.
